Specifications for the installation of the family solar water system

I. Choosing a location for installation of water tank system. Before installed solar system is necessary to comply several key factors that determine the correct operation of the collector:

1. Installation must be oriented to the South.
2. There should not be external factors (buildings, trees, chimneys, mountains, etc.) preventing the entry of solar radiation on the collector surface.
3. The angle which enters the collector surface is 45 º to horizont.

II. Installation of the stand. In most cases, if the roof is not horizontal installation required adapting a stand which is not included in factory set.

1. If the roof is horizontal: install the original posture as described in the instructions.
2. If the roof is inclined, follow the following sequence:
2.1. НMake a rectangular frame made of iron profile (40 x 30 x 3 mm) with dimensions equal to the original feet.
2.2. Choose a location on the roof where will be installed a system and comply following factors:

2.7. Install the original stand on the already filled frame. The assembly of the original frame as described in the instructions. When installing the collector of the pitched roof with a south-facing slope reduce the length of the stand (normally the rear two legs) so that the angle of vacuum tubes to remain 45 º to horizontal.These need to be able to optimize the operation of the plant all year round. Lift the front edge of the system of about 15-20 cm above the roof to not buried by snow in winter.
2.8. Check the right angles to enter the profiles forming the plane in vacuum tubes.
2.9. Install reflectors on the stand.
